What makes live lessons so valuable
★You can ask anything, anytime.
If you’re unsure how to say something or why something is said a certain way, you can ask immediately — and get a clear answer. You can also learn about what Japan is like right now — from everyday life to current trends.
★You get instant feedback.
When you make a mistake, your instructor gently corrects it — and connects the language to your interests, making it easier to remember.
★Your teacher knows exactly what you need to practice.
During your lessons, you may come across words or expressions that you find difficult to remember. Your instructor will create opportunities to repeat and practice them. This repeated practice helps you remember the words and expressions more easily.
★You’ll learn Japanese you can actually use.
Your teacher introduces expressions that are natural and commonly used in everyday conversation — not just textbook phrases.

Akemi sensei is kind, nurturing, patient and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed learning the Hiragana letters and also the conversations we practiced. I liked your teaching style where you would explain something then we would practice together and you would test me on my knowledge. It helped me learn effectively in this way.
